Which Dogmills dog treadmill is suitable for which dog(s)?
All products are suitable for all dogs, regardless of size and breed, between 5 and 70 kg. The Dogmills Pro is in principle also suitable for every dog, only a few professional sports dogs can handle the speed and high incline of the Dogmills Pro. This requires training.
What are the differences between the Dogmills models?

How much does the Dogmills dog treadmills cost?
The prices in the product overview are the minimum prices of the products. This means that if you do not add any extra options to your order, the total price will be exclusive of shipping and VAT. The cost of a Dogmill without additional options and excluding shipping costs is between €1,279.20 and €2,313.22. The price difference depends on the type of model you choose.
Where can the Dogmills be shipped to?
All our dog treadmills can be delivered to your home anywhere in the world. We ship in cooperation with FedEx and will send you all shipping information via email after your purchase.
Are there any additional costs for shipping?
If you want your Dogmill delivered to your door, there is a shipping charge. These shipping costs differ per country. By clicking on the product page to which country the Dogmill needs to be shipped, the relevant shipping costs will be calculated. We deliver all our models worldwide. If it is possible for you to pick up your Dogmill in the Netherlands, this is free of charge. For this you need to make an appointment. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, our dog treadmills are delivered by our own courier.
What does the ordering process look like?
Once you have chosen one of the Dogmills, you can select additional options depending on the product. The available additional options differ per dog treadmill. You can also calculate the shipping costs directly in the product overview. After you have clicked on 'Add to basket' you need to fill in your details and check them. You will see a summary of your order and can then select the desired payment method. After placing the order, you will receive an email with more information about the delivery.
What are the steps after placing an order?
After you have placed an order in our webshop you will receive an email with a confirmation and information about shipping. We from Dogmills always try to deliver your purchase as fast as possible. Our aim is to ship your dog treadmill within 5 weeks. You will receive the shipping information in your mail. The delivery from door to door is made possible by FedEx.
What is the lifespan of the Dogmills dog treadmills?
The lifespan of our products is generally long. The Dogmills are of a good quality, so they last for a long time. The lifespan is particularly dependent on use. If your dog trains intensively on the Dogmill, the dog treadmill will probably show signs of use more quickly. Should this be the case, it is advisable to choose plastic slats instead of wooden slats. Plastic slats do not wear out, whereas wooden slats do.
Can Dogmills be used under water?
No. Our dog treadmills are not designed for use in the water.
How are products packed for shipment?
Dogmills Curve, Dogmills Economy, Dogmills Carpet and Dogmills Standard are packed on pallets in boxes. The boxes are custom-made and fitted with protective materials including Styrofoam. Dogmills Pro are shipped in a custom-made wooden box. If any parts are damaged during delivery please contact us. You can always count on us.
What about VAT and/or import tax?
The webshop applies a difference between delivery within and outside the EU. The webshop handles a difference between delivery inside and outside the EU. When you make a purchase for within the EU, the invoice will include 21% VAT. The foreign shipments are calculated excluding VAT and excluding import tax. These costs can still be charged later by the country itself if you want your Dogmill to be delivered outside the EU.
What do the extra options mean exactly?
Depending on the model you can choose to go for one or more extra options. The possible extra options are the high-speed bearings, the synthetic slats and the aluminium rims. The high-speed bearings are the best bearings that Dogmills offers. These bearings have the least rolling resistance, which makes walking or running on the tread even smoother. The advantages of plastic slats are that they bend more than wooden slats and that they do not wear out. The aluminium rims are especially meant for an extra stylish result. There are no extra options available for the Dogmills Carpet.
