Sometimes there are problems with the operation or assembly of our dog treadmills. Have parts been damaged during shipping? Take photos of this and contact us. We are always ready for you and will look for a solution as soon as possible. On this page we explain how you can solve possible problems yourself.

1 operation connectors

Is there something wrong with the operation of your dog treadmill? Don’t worry! Almost all of our mills have adjustable frames including suspension.

Using the included Allen key and the instructions below, it is quite easy to readjust your Dogmill on your own.

This picture shows how the connector works. Make sure the small groove in the head of the bolt always points towards the connector for proper operation.

2 install legs Dogmills Standard

When installing the legs on the Dogmills Standard, it is sometimes necessary to press the head of the bolt with a flat screwdriver to ensure the connector is tightened correctly.

3 Installing The Suspension

Use the supplied Allen key, set square and hammer.

Do not open the connectors completely, but slightly, so that you can carefully adjust the aluminium profiles with a hammer.

4 Main Wheels adjustable in height

You can adjust the suspension height yourself. Make sure the wheels are exactly the same height as the bearings. Make sure the wheels are exactly the same height as the bearings.

5 Align Main wheels in the center

The picture shows how to adjust the wheels. Make sure the main wheels are exactly in the middle of the treadmill. Use a set square.
